Loose Leash Walking Class in Elora Ontario

• PULLERS on leash during neighbourhood walks
• Enthusiastic, happy and social – but easily distracted!
• Friendly with other dogs and people while on leash (your dog may be in direct contact during class)
• Motivated to work for treats when outside the home

If the following describes your dog, contact me about private training:

• Barks at or lunges towards other dogs or people
• Are not friendly when meeting dogs/people on leash, even if they are friendly off leash
• Are frantic or anxious on leash walks
• Dogs who won’t eat higher-value treats when on walks

Prerequisites

• Dogs must be happy to train for treats in a group class environment
• Dogs absolutely must be non-reactive/friendly to people and dogs
• Preferred but not required: Attendance at an introductory manners class taught with positive reinforcement
• Contact the office before booking if you have questions about your dog’s behavioural suitability

Schedule

Thursday Sept 11, 6pm FULL
SIX weeks in length
Enrolment is limited to FOUR dogs per class

$314+HST (discounted if paid by etransfer, $305+HST)

WEATHER NOTE: In the event of downpour/lightning during a class planned for outdoors, we will move back inside. We will remain outdoors in light rain, and owners are encouraged to dress appropriately for the weather. We will not skip a class day due to weather, save for truly severe weather events.
